Marcia Jessen is the Matterport specialist photographer working for Property3D based in Auckland, New Zealand.
She holds a Diploma in Contemporary Photography from Unitec New Zealand, and is an internationally published photographer who has worked in a variety of photographic roles including newspaper, portraits, cruise ship and for the last three years has been specializing in real estate in both Australia and New Zealand.
Looking for a new and exciting opportunity Marcia started working with Property3D early in 2015 and rapidly developed a passion for what is the most innovative product to hit the New Zealand real estate market in quite sometime.
Property3D had decided to invest in a camera early in 2014 after our Technical Director found information about Matterport when working on research and development for virtual technologies.
Property3D was the first company to receive a Matterport camera in New Zealand and then spent almost eight months testing before launching the service in Auckland.
The team decided that the Matterport camera would sit well alongside its already established Google Business View company and compliment the photography services the company already provided.
Property3D has a variety of clients who have been using Matterport to showcase both residential and commercial properties as well as some more unique locations. Recently Marcia has been working with the Auckland War Memorial Museum scanning galleries to not only archive the spaces; but also to help the education department with another teaching tool.
Marcia is a Member of the Matterport User Group Forum and We Get Around Referral Network of Matterport Pro 3D Camera Photographers and Real Estate Agents.
