RE/MAX Island Realty Agent Cathie Rasch
Cathie Rasch is a real estate agent with RE/MAX Island Realty serving Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, SC. As a Realtor with 18 years of experience serving buyers and sellers, Cathie has a passion for service and for using innovative technology to make her listings stand out. Matterport 3D Showcases allows Cathie to serve her home selling clients at the highest level.
Cathie grew up on the south Shore of Lake Ontario in upstate New York. She began her southern migration when she attended VA Tech, graduating with a BS in Accounting. From there she moved to Richmond, VA where she was a real estate agent for nine years, then Charleston, SC and finally, in 2003, to Hilton Head Island, where her husband’s family had been vacationing for 36 years.
Cathie went back to the real estate business in 2006. She lives on the island in Sea Pines – where her grandfather lived when he was visiting the island. She serves the island and Bluffton because she believes that it is important that her buyer clients find the best community for them and their families.
When Cathie saw the Matterport 3D technology, she knew that it was a perfect fit for her business.
“In 18 years of selling real estate this is the most exciting technology that I have seen," says Cathie. “My sellers are impressed with the 3D scans and love how their homes are represented. My home buying clients are busy people that lead active lives and house hunting is so often an inefficient use of their valuable time."

As an early adopter of the technology, the Rasch Real Estate Team is offering what few other agents in the Greater Hilton Head Area can – and potential home sellers are taking notice. Cathie is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the South Carolina and Hilton Head Association of Realtors. Cathie earned the distinction of being in the RE/MAX 100% Club.
