  • We Get Around WalkAround™ 3D Tours – powered by Matterport
  • Effective Thursday, 1 October 2015, the following applies to all Ansley Atlanta team member listings within a 100 mile radius of its office:  
    • All residential listings between 10,000 to 20,000 sf are no charge
    • All residential listings less than 10,000 sf are $0.50 sf
    • Ansley Atlanta team agrees to engage We Get Around to create our WalkAround 3D Tours for all its new residential listings on or after Thursday, 1 October 2015
    • At its option, Ansley Atlanta team may engage We Get Around for residential listings prior to Thursday, 1 October 2015 @ $0.35 sf (to help extend/retain exclusive listings, for example)
    • At its option, Ansley Atlanta may engage We Get Around for listings outside of 100 miles radius of its office at $0.50 sf: regardless of size
    • Terms: payable within 15 days by company check
    • We Get Around may write and distribute a media release at its expense – subject to Ansley Atlanta approval – about Ansley Atlanta team engaging We Get Around to create 3D Tours for all its greater Atlanta area listings effective 1 October 2015.
    • Ansley Atlanta and We Get Around may cancel at anytime

  • We archive your 3D Tours (if the house comes back on the market)
  • While the above pricing does not include conversion of the 3D Tour to a Virtual Reality (VR) Tour, when we shoot the space, we shoot in anticipation of converting to VR, once Matterport offers this solution commercially. For listings that may still be on the market in 1Q16, this may be very helpful to be able to extend the exclusive listing by offering a VR version of the listing.
  • We Get Around Pros can shoot up to 20,000 sf in one model: Matterport does not support models that are more than 10,000 sf
  • We Get Around can shoot decks and patios outside: Matterport does not support outdoor shoots
